I am a certified Fitness Specialist through the Cooper Institute. I've taken an Exercise Prescription for Special Populations course in which I specialized in Sprint Triathlon Training and resolving Lower Back Pain. I've also studied how to develop safe productive exercise plans for people with diabetes, mild & controlled heart conditions, sport-related injuries, obesity, asthma, and other health conditions. You would have guest access to the gym that I am a member of. I also have access to hundreds of workout videos, everything from beginner's Pilates, to salsa dancing, to intense strength and cardio workouts. I encourage outdoor cardio training whenever possible. I'll work with you to create a unique (& not boring!) exercise plan to help you reach your goals. I can also provide nutritional counseling.
The gym I use is open 24 hours and I have a very flexible schedule, so 7am, noon, 7pm or 3am, whatever works for you. I will take clients in the Rochester & surrounding areas.
